When you put your email in the box on the Target Odds page, we store exactly four things:
targets-locked.That is the whole record for signups. We do not store your IP address, your browser, or any kind of tracking identifier, and we do not ask for a password. There is nothing to log into yet, so an account would only make us the custodian of a credential you probably reuse somewhere that matters.
One more thing, added 9 August. When you type a question into Tracks AI, we store the question and the time you asked it. That is all: no address, no identifier, nothing that joins two questions to the same person. We keep it for six months and it exists for one reason, which is to tell us what to measure next. If nobody ever asks about standard deviations, we will not build them.
If the question cannot be matched, it may also be sent to Anthropic's API so a model can work out which of our measurements you meant. The model is given your question and the list of things we measure. It is never given the data, and it never produces a number: it only tells our page which question to run, and the answer is computed here from figures that were already on your device.
We email you when Target Odds opens, and we may email you about what we are building here. That is it. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone, and it is not fed into an advertising network. Every email will have a one-click unsubscribe.

Payments run through Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our servers — we cannot see them, store them, or recover them. What we keep is your email address, whether the subscription is active, and Stripe's own subscription id so we can match a payment to an account.
Cancelling, refunds and what membership includes are on the terms page. Ask us to delete your account and the membership record goes with it, though Stripe keeps its own payment records for their legal retention period, which is out of our hands.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It tells us which pages get opened and roughly which country from, nothing that identifies a person. There is no Google Analytics here, no advertising pixel, no Facebook tag, and no third-party script of any kind. The pages are locked down so they cannot load one even by accident.
Not a privacy matter, but it belongs in the same spirit: everything published here is measured from historical market data, and where we make a forward call we log it before the fact and grade it afterwards in public, whether it lands or not. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and none of it is a promise about what price will do next.
