An API plan includes a full Tracks membership — you are not paying for both. A membership on its own does not include the API. Site terms are on the terms page, what we store is on privacy. Using a key means you are good with this page.
All of it, and it's yours to keep. Trade it, chart it, feed it to your models, store it, build your own history off it, build your own tools with it. None of that needs asking — that's what you're paying for.
Keep it to yourself while you're subscribed and after you cancel. That part doesn't expire.
Not a threat, just so it's not a surprise. Every call is counted against the key that made it, by hour and by day. Traffic that doesn't look like one person is easy to spot.
The key gets shut off, no notice. If it's redistribution, reselling, or a shared key, the subscription ends too and the current period isn't refunded.
Each plan has a request limit; go over and you get an error, not a bill. Rotating keys to dodge it counts as breaking the rules above.
Best effort, no guarantees. This runs on live trading infrastructure. Fields and routes can change and we'll tell you when we can. Build so a missing response degrades instead of breaking.
Stripe, monthly. The plan covers the API and your Tracks membership — one payment, not two. If you are already a member when you upgrade, you are credited for the time you have already paid for.
Cancel any time and it runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the key stops and the membership goes with it. If something is broken on our end, email us and we'll fix it rather than argue about it.
